    I'm going to sound like a huge downer here for a bit so I apologize in advance. If you want to do the mods go ahead, but I figured I might chime in with some info if you don't already know it. If you do and I'm just being overcautious just take it as advice you've already heard.

    Heavy camber and stretched tires like the picture in your opening post will lead to worse performance in every measure for your car in acceleration and especially braking distance. Depending on the state if you end up rear ending someone because of it (or even not because of it, some state laws assume the rear-ender is always at fault) not only will you be cited as at fault, your insurance could you it as an excuse not to pay out. Meaning you could end up without an FRS. Not trying to be that guy, just wanting to keep an FRS fan in an FRS.

    Also your 0-60 time, cornering (that S2000 on a skidpad would likely be laughable) and overall balance of the car will be mightily upset. Mostly because with a setup like this you're making the contact patch between the car and the ground smaller, or at least prone to wild fluctuations. I can tell you from experience though: The back end of the FR-S is pretty lively on nice sticky well aligned rubber, and on that sort of setup the back end would just be waiting to put itself in front of you.

    Little sidenote, Toyota/Subaru will likely consider such a high camber with stretched sidewalls as rendering your powertrain (engine, tranny, brakes, the whole lot) warranty void because it puts stresses on suspension components and driveshafts at angles they're not meant to be at. I wouldn't take the word of a single dealer on this as some of them will say anything to get your money into their pockets.

    If you want the look just make sure you know what's involved. Also if you're going for oversized wheels definitely be aware of how it's going to change gearing (bigger wheels effectively means taller gears, which means a slower car) and unsprung weight. Adding just 2-5lbs of unsprung weight to each wheel can really make you car slow down quite a bit, so if you go upsize try to look for lightweight wheel and tire combos. The stock set is 42-44lbs for each wheel and tire assembly.

    As far as the turbo, dealers seem to be promising the moon but the most credible rumors so far point to a supercharger kit. Toyota wants this car sharp, and TRD has shown a marked predilection for super charging vehicles over the years. Myself and a few others are on high alert for any TRD parts that hit, but for the moment we've got a high flow airfilter and a TRD exhaust that you can buy right now (yay, 5hp, maybe)... not exactly the things we're hoping for.

    As for any form of forced induction showing up you can count on Atticus888 to go bonkers within seconds of announcement, and for braking and suspension components (mostly brakes) I'll have them overnighted as soon as a part number is out.

    If you do stance your FR-S just make sure you're aware of what exactly the whole change will do. Some people think it looks cool, but I've always been of the mindset that the coolest thing a car can show me is a lap time.

    (Sorry, not trying to hate. I know some people aren't all about nailing the apex and trailbraking into a curve, but I most vehemently am.) Much luck and let other people break their FR-Ss modifying them before you do.

    yeah i love toyota they are amazing long lasting cars and hell yea cant beat that lifetime warenty on the engine and transmission on the frs, also they told me if i bought the turbo kit for my frs that if i let them put it on they would also do lifetime waretny on my turbo kit

    That's what I was thinking.

    Then I saw how much those rims are, and I realized he is either not hurting for money or he's about to put a hurting on his credit card. $800 a wheel is crazy, in my opinion. (The rims are nice though.)

    But, that's the good thing about car guys and girls. We each have our own vision. If he wants to spend the money, by all means do it. It is your car, not mine.

    Okay so I am wanting to buy a pair of 18inch Works vs-xx rims for my frs but i am so dumb when it comes to this crap, theres so many different 18 size inch rims to choose from... and im wanting tocamber my car exactly like the wheels below but idk what kind of offset or anything i would need. ill also post all the different 18 inch wheel numbers below and if someone can tell me which one would fit my car that would be awesome i still have the stock wheel and rims on my car.
