What Kind of Limited Edition FR-S?

What different kinds of limited edition FR-S Do you think they will make, Since every "lovable" sports car has a special edition or an even more "powerful" edition.

What i see are special Edition Inspired by companies like JUN or even TRD if they were serious about making a super performance trim edition with more goodies than all the rest! haha

TRD for sure. I am sure they will offer a TRD package for both Toyota and Scion versions. I'm also pretty sure the TRD package will be a ripoff.. They are a ripoff for the Scions. I believe it was something like an extra $3000 for slightly bigger rims. Slightly better seats. and slightly stiffer suspension. I rather save the $3000 and do all that myself. Race seats, race suspension, lightweight race rims.

It would be nice if Toyota worked with other aftermarket manufacturers to offer parts for the car that could be bought with the car.

I usually stay away from special/limited edition vehicles since most are a disappointment. I could never justify paying the premium just to say i own a special edition, the extra's you get usually are really minor and can be had for much cheaper from the aftermarket world

It is true. The TRD packages for Toyotas and Scions are a ripoff. You get slightly better seats, slightly stiffer springs and a lip kit with the TRD package for like $5000 more. I can do way better then that with $5000 put into the aftermarket world.

    I can do a lot with $5000. Spending $5000 on a fr-s will probably get you a lot such as a ....

    - CAI
    - Coilover/Springs
    - WHEELS & tires
    - full exhaust
    - seats (if you have money left over)

The TC doesn't have much aftermarket support for performance suspension. Many TC owners run TRD parts for tuning. The TRD performance parts are very good quality. I wouldn't shutoff TRD so quickly. The parts are pricey but you get what you pay for.
