    New AT owner (Previously a 95 Viper / 92 3000GT VR-4 owner)

...and I must say, I've had more fun with the AT FR-S than in my 1995 Viper GTS (628hp / 721tq). I've also enjoyed it more than my 3000GT VR-4 (470hp / 420tq). Could be due to the fact that my Viper lost traction and nearly killed me. It died to save me, haha. And the 3000GT is powerful and quick but handles like a whale. The AT FR-S is exciting without feeling like it is plotting to end your life. Still could use an extra 100hp, but probably not an ounce more than that. Love it. Maybe the first guy in the world that will admit that he likes his FR-S more than his Viper.

Yep, I think you're definitely the 1st to admit that.
    That's quite an endorsement!
    Glad you like it.

    Welcome to the forums!

Gotta say I'm surprised to hear that, but I've never driven a Viper so I have no frame of reference. What did yours look like? Pics?

It was a green 95 viper with white racing stripes. Basically, it had so much horsepower and torque that just daily driving it was a chore. Had to constantly rev it at stoplights because the cam was so lopey. And it was LOUD. Straight side pipe exhaust. I can post some vids and pics. It just always made me feel like I was about to die, and then I almost did. I will get another Viper, but not a modded one.
