Initial D AE86 side by side with FT-86 G's sport concept

Here's another video I found of the FT-86 G's sport concept. But now it's featured side by side with a real life version of the famous Initial D Trueno. Its an exact replica even down to the "Fujiwara tofu shop" decals and even the 15" Watanabe rims.

That's such a perfect tribute to the car. Most people in North America weren't even aware of how good the AE86 was til that series made it popular. Only a handful of enthusiast's knew about the car. Now that car is more recognizable than a lot of other current cars. Toyota will be riding the popularity of the AE86 as much as they can til the FT-86 comes out.
