HKS 86 - Endless Brakes? HKS Exhaust and Coilovers?

In photos you see that it has endless brakes. I think thats pretty quick to already have endless brakes on the car. Good chance that it has HKS coilovers and brakes. It also has a HKS F-Con sticker. Which is their stand alone tuning and engine management computer. Maybe this car is tuned?
