Scion FR-S Video: Behind the Scenes with Scion VP Jack Hollis

We know you can't get enough of the Toyota FT-86 and all its many variants. There's the FT-86 Concept, Concept II and then that Subaru version that keeps fluctuating between being turbocharged and naturally aspirated.

But the latest to arrive, and the best looking of the bunch, is the Scion FR-S, which debuted this Spring at the New York Auto Show. At the time Scion VP Jack Hollis answered more questions about the rear-wheel drive coupe than anyone inside Toyota had offered up until then. Now Hollis has taken to the interwebs to chat some more and give an inside peak behind the making of the FR-S.

Nice to hear about the Scion FR-S from the VP of Scion also seeing the video clips of the FR-S concept being built is just amazing. Not often do we get to see behind the scene's of a concept, these are usually kept away from the public.

I really hope they dont change a thing about the concept. Only thing about the concept that might not be practical for the production are the center lock wheel.

I wonder how much of the actual production model was actually there in the model he showed us. 5 years in the making toyota better have something amazing to give us or else i would say their doomed forever in the sports car department!
