What tires would you put on the FT 86

What brand of tires would you stick on this baby provided you don't like the ones that come with it.

That's a tough one. Personally If I could pick up two sets it would be Falken's for the track due to their grip and General's for daily driving due to their excellent treadwear and grip in the rain. If I could only get one set then probably a set of high performance Yokohama's/Advan's which is a good compromise between the Falken and General.

i need something grippy for the track but still good for everyday driving so i'll probably slap on some bridgestone potenza's.

I'm gonna put some Toyo Proxes R888 on the FT-86. I just hope it wont rain or I wont be able to drive with those tires.

I would go with Toyos or Falkens. Probably something more ordinary, since I'm not going to be tracking the car. Good wet performance is important, though.

I have some friends that are BMW owners and have run flat tires. They RAVE constantly about run flat's and this has me thinking if I should consider running run flat tires on the FR-S.

Call me a cheap bastard, but I'll stick with the regular tires. I'm mechanical anyway, so if I get a flat I either throw on the spare and fix the flat myself later, or fix the flat on the spot and drive off.
