Toyota FT-86 FR-S Exhaust Note

We have heard the exhaust note on the Toyota FT-86 race car built by Gazoo Racing for the VLN Race @ Nurburgring. The recent first drive overviewers/reviewers have stated that the flat - 4 engine does not sound like the traditional Subaru flat - 4. Which may have been intentional since the Subaru sound is unique to Subaru.

Now all I want to know is WHAT IT SOUNDS LIKE. We need better sound clips of this thing. Anxiously waiting for sound clips of the FT-86 stock exhaust.

In the video of the Gazoo Racing FT86 racing, it sounded like your typical all motor 4 banger revving high, sort of like the sound you get from a mildly tuned S2000 with mods like headers, exhaust, CAI/SRI.

Most importantly it sounded AGGRESSIVE!

Well currently it is being fine tuned by Yamaha and we all know about the all mighty LFA exhaust notes which sound AMAZING!

But this is simply a boxer, and we all also love that famous boxer low grumble !
