    Food for Thought ?

The FR-S is making all kinds of news in the auto industry and rightly so. Isn't it time this great car had a magazine of it's own ? It's already been named car of the year by AutoGuide and now US News and World Report has written the FR-S is the best sports car for the money! I can't remember the last time a car made that kind of impression in the main stream news media. After-all..... Mustang, Camaro, Corvette and other cars have their own magazine, so why not the FR-S ?

Not sure how well a paper magazine would sell. People just don't read magazines anymore.. Especially something as specific as a FR-S only magazine.

Hey! I'm a people and I read magazines too! Especially any magazine that specifically has information on the FR-S.

There are currently three magazines that I read on a monthly basis, but one in particular is my favorite because it always contains a section on the FR-S.

Hmmm..... I wish I could remember the name of that magazine. I think the title starts with "Import?" Import something... Nahhh, that can't be it!

I think it's the small body of owners at this time. Money talks, and in advertising/publishing there's not enough incentive to publish a paper copy unless the number of readers is large. It will take a few years, but something may come along.

You can't compare those with the FR-S. Something they have an FR-S/BRZ doesn't is lineage and history. The Twins don't have that yet, and it's to early to tell if they will in the future.

The Miata made every bit as big a splash when it was introduced. They don't have a magazine either. I believe a few were tried but failed.

Okay, you've all made valid points, but remember you heard it here first. The FR-S will have it's own magazine in the not too distant future!
