R&T is reporting the FR-S will have chassis tweaks that include larger anti roll bars and you will also be able to personalize the car more compared to the BRZ with various TRIM options.
I also read that the FR-S is the more fun handling of the two due to the suspension differences (softer springs with more aggressive damping). The BRZ tends to understeer some. The FR-S is easier to get the tail out and feels more rear biased in its handling.
The BRZ gets HID's and the Scion does not.
The fender grills are non functional on both cars.
They report no person is getting into the rear seats except small kids.
Subie considered AWD but the weight impacted handling too much and they could get the powertrain tighter and closer to the ground with RWD only.
