I really hope that the converted "£ to $" ratio isn't what they charge up in the US. That would suck so bad.

I hope that Euro side just changes into one of these $ signs then we'd all be happy

I don't think I'll have to wait until spring or 8/6/2012.
At first I heard lower $20,000's then $25,000 now some rumors say less than $30,000.
At this rate by April it will be $92,000 and I will have lost interest some time in late February.

I don't think a FR-S in US will go over 30K. It would cost too much at that price. It would be around 25K. The Subaru BRZ version would be closer to 30K

Y would anyone pay 5K more for the Subi version if it doesn't have anything special the STI version maybe worth 30K but not FR-S vs BRZ should not have a 5K difference that would be stupid of Subaru.
Current car G35 Coupe 6MT fully loaded I/E/TP, K2 front kuruma sides, nismo Diffuser, Tein sus, CF trunk, Nismo Pads, brake line, HD JWT clutch kit... Next car hoping a FR-S white 6MT mods to come

Going over 30K USD/CAD would be stupid, people won't bother going for an FR-S when they can get a GenCoupe or just buy a really nice used AP2 S2000 which already has a ton of potential.

What's sad is that the S2000 and rx-8 were 30k+ (USD). The FR-S seems to fall under the same category

Personally I would rather get the BRZ over the FR-S. The BRZ does have better options and features then the FR-S but I will have to judge for myself when official pricing is released.
