I think it would be kinda cool for someone to see the car and be like "ohh a new toyota, i bet its slo......" Then the sound of a boxer engine roars from the exhausts..... i think it would shut quite a few people up It would make me happy

If since it has a subie engine, let's keep our fingers crossed for the subie sound!!! Trust me, the subie exhaust sound is amazing, but think of this, would you rather have the distinguishable exhaust sound on your FT-86 or have it quiet so it's a sleeper?

I second that! Hope Toyota isn't working on an exhaust system that tones down and changes the sound of the engine.

Yeah, let's hope not. With the change in target market, price and such, let's hope that they leave the exhaust on the FT-86 alone...

Anything would sound better than a Honda

It would be nice if the FT-86 exhaust was quiet during normal driving and then loud when you pushed it... but not too loud that it's annoying... just loud enough and with a nice note to it...
