Five Axis will be making a BODY KIT for the Scion FR-S!!

This is good news for those who loved the Scion FR-S CONCEPT that Five Axis made from scratch.

The team from Five Axis/FIVE:AD was recently invited to attend the official reveal of the Scion FR-S in Hollywood, CA on November 30th, 2011. The event was very exciting for us at Five Axis because of our involvement with the Scion FR-S Concept build. But now we are switching gears to develop parts under FIVE:AD for the production FR-S!

We have various things in the works currently, including an aero kit as well as new wheel designs that will be offered as part of the Five Axis Edition Scion FR-S package. More info will be posted once design leads into production for these new parts.

I always had a feeling this was going to happen, the FR-S concept design was what got everyone hyped up about the FR-S/BRZ/86. Ever since seeing the production model's everyone has been disappointed. Hopefully with this body kit and wheels with proper fitment we can have a production model FR-S that looks more like the concept.

I am going to guess that the fixaxis lip kit will be quite popular when the FR-S is released. Like said above, the concept was a huge hit in terms of design. Everyone would love to get access to parts that make the production similar to the concept. I am looking forward to a rear diffuser lip that looks similar to the concept.

Here it is for those who forgot. Very sex. I would love those headlights... And the front bumper and rear bumper.
I really hope the body kit they are coming out with is similar to the concept.

Big bucks and big weight penalty since those rear fender flares would be grafted onto the current ones. Also, the front fenders could be CF but that will be very costly. It would look good, but at what cost?? Better way to spend money if you ask me. I can add a body kit to any car, preferably one that I got really cheap, not mid $20k.

I'd imagine a widebody kit looking like that to run someone around $10 000 - 15 000 parts and labour, and thats for a properly done job, no half a$$ work. Pricey, but eventually someone will do it.

Good thing with new cars, sponsors hop all over them once they come out. So a lucky person can get a sponsor to take part in the build
