    from tC to FR-S

As a former Scion tC owner, I've been watching out for the FR-S since I first heard of it. I was not too impressed by the redesign of the tC this year and I'm hoping Toyota can redeem themselves....

Toyota will either make it or break it on the release of the Fr-S if they dont impress people and do well.

People will hate toyota, and and then they will forever be known as the econo box fro good!

don't get me wrong. Toyotas are not bad cars, their selection is bland (now Lexus on the other hand) but even they admitted the soul reason the Scion Marque exists to get return customers. I would buy an IS in a heartbeat, and the quality and reliability will always be up there for me (even after the recall fiasco which was honestly BS and blown way out of proportion by the media as always)

The Scion TC has potential to look better and perform better, Toyota made some amazing cars in the 90's. But the TC is getting too boring, I see why you seem to lost interest in it.

But with the FR-S coming out soon, I think the Scion TC will start to lose a lot of interested.

I heard Scion will be cutting the TC from it's line-up.

    BTW Welcome to the forum!

What happened with your Scion TC and the fence?? I sure hope it's not what I'm thinking at the moment.

What sucks is it was all body damage and the insurance chose to total it, at least it got paid off and I got some money back for it.

actually it was our imperialist government we have to thank for that... funny how it happened so shortly after the government takeover of GM... the media just happens to be in bed with the government so they picked it up and ran with it...

far as I'm concerned it was absolute attempt to take toyota out of the game all together...
