Hey wassup everyone. Alright I have a few basic questions on the scion fr-s. First is, does anyone know when is the set release date for the car? like at least the month? What will the models be on the car, if there happens to be more than one? What is the price of the car/all models? Basic specs on the car, hp, mpg, torque, etc. I'm new to tuners, and love the way some look, like the supra, and am slowly starting to get into them. I've also heard that the compression rate in the car is so high that a turbo can not be placed in this car unless you're willing to buy a new engine, is that true? Is this car going to be worth buying it's first year or are they going to come out with even greater features in the near future? And the last question is, any info on what the production model will look like? Cause if it looks like the concept shown in April, I am in love with the way it looks. Thanks in advance

Yeah i''ve been day dreaming about this car for a while now and it annoys me to think about unknown components and aspects of this car because Toyota can certainly keep their mouth quiet. But looks like we just have to play the waiting, anyways Thanks

Thanks Trail Dust, glad to be part of the forums. And I plan to buy the FR-S ASAP, and sell my intergra. The guy who I bought this from left nothing but crap inside of it, its like he was tuning it and sold it in the process, now I have to change the timing belt . But yeah you can definitely say I plan to buy it the second it comes out, and then that's when I'm going to buy a cold air intake, sway bars, and depending on what the car comes with, a few other things. Dam, can't wait for this car

No problem! Right now all we can do is wait, I doubt any new info will be leaked until early Dec 2011.

Good to know we'll have an FR-S owner on the boards once it's out! I think a good handful of members on here are ready to buy the FR-S once it releases.
