    Looking forward to the ride!

My name is Rob, aka Driver Lost on many boards. I've been an Import Tuner before it was cool going back to 1982 when I got my first VW and I've been with Scion since late 2004. It was a real easy move seeing the love they show to their enthusiast. Unlike Volkswagen who not only shows no love or respect to the ones who represent their brand, but went after many in a massive copy right law suit back in 1999 to include my wife and I. She made some hand painted coffee mugs as giveaways for a local car show. VWoA tried to get $15,00.00 from us, and we told them where to stick it. I even worked for them selling VW's for 2 years in 1988-1990. It was a long fight but we paid nothing and we never looked back.

Scion has taken the relationship between the car company and its enthusiast to a level like no other car company ever has hands down! I've been to many events all over the country representing the brand, have been to many big Scion events, organized several shows and helped others to do the same. Also helped take a car club of Scion enthusiast from 8 members to a worldwide no dues Scion owners club called SciKotiCs. I currently have 3 xB's all Release Series. His & hers and one for shows.

Now you know the name and what it reps. Hope to see this place take off like I know it will. This car is an amazing step towards affordable RWD performance. This will bring a very needed and positive mix to the Scion scene that will hopefully welcome an old Tuner like myself.

Hope to put the names to the faces as time rolls on.

    Thanks,

    Rob

Welcome. That's a cool story. I was a Honda guy all my life. Still do love the company but I feel they lost there way. They forgot about the people and there passion for there cars IMO. I've been following scion for the past couple of years now and I see what they are about. They made me a follower esp When it comes to formula d. It's nice to meet ya. Can't wait to get my first scion and be part of the family.
    The List:
