AEM's new Cold Air Intake

AEM came out with a new cold air intake unit. Has anyone purchased this? Were you satisfied with it's performance? The manufacturer explains the price of is high because of an EFI sensor that somehow improves how the mass air sensor functions. Can someone please explain what the added EFI sensor does and how it works?

Be weary, anything that modifies MAF functions means it tricks it so your only gaining hp due lies! I suggest you check out Perrins new intake, no trickery and proven power. Also cleans up engine bay nicely.
